I’m Destiny Johnson, the proud owner of Destined Consulting Solutions. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Right from a young age, I was told by my parents and elders that I was a little entrepreneur. I was encouraged to check out sales and subsequently fell in love with this career path, the many people I met along the way, and the challenging nature of business.

Now, two and a half years later, I run my own marketing firm in Minneapolis, MN, offering business development and sales and marketing careers.

Pre-COVID-19, business was booming with a very hyper and energetic environment. We are now more focused on helping and benefiting our community.

The part of my business that most inspires me is coaching my people and watching them go from strength to strength, growing both professionally and in their personal lives. I believe in working hard towards my own goals and doing whatever it takes to achieve them.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my concentration on a welcoming and engaging environment. I have designed a place where everyone feels welcome, challenged, and ready for success.

I attribute my achievements to my fantastic team, their dedication, hard work, and grit. When I see recruits realize their potential, watch the lightbulb go off in their head, and witness them achieve their goals, it inspires me to do more, and the experience has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I am a mermaid. You can often catch me at the beach. I live on Lake Minnetonka and love going out on the boat with my husband and adorable one-year-old puppy. We also love checking out the pop-up breweries.

As a family, we also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, we do our best to clean our oceans and protect our natural resources. We also support Urban Ventures, a community empowered charity providing cradle-to-career support for youth and families in one of Minneapolis’ most under-resourced neighborhoods.
